Description

Two pennant flages from State Manual Training Normal, Pittsburg. The top flag is rectangular and dark red with a yellow border and "SMTN" lettering sewn on top. The bottom flag is triangular, also a dark red with yellow "SMTN" lettering surrounded by sunflower petals.
