Abstract

This program was part of the March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom. This march is where Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. gave his famous "I Have a Dream" speech. The program includes a statement by the heads of the ten organizations calling for discipline in connection with the Washington March along with a list of 10 demands. Eva Jessye and her choir were a part of the performance. The last page is a map of the bus parking zones around the Reflecting Pool and Monument.
