Description
1 photograph; Black and White photograph of Otto Thum (1857-1938) and his wife, Ella Willson Thum (1858-1933) standing on a front porch. Written on the back of the photo in ink: Ella Willson & Otto Thum (parents of Susie Thum, who later married Edward Smith). (Ella Willson Thum was sister [sic] of Anna Willson Bevan).
Otto Thum was in Bus[iness] with Jule [J. A.] Wayland in Harrisonville, Mo. for a time. They co-edited "The Coming Nation," a Socialist newspaper with a national circulation.
