Typewritten on the back of the postcard reads: This property of over two acres is one of the finest suburban homes in southeastern Kansas. Must be sold to close an estate. Ten rooms, bath, electric lights, full basement, large attic, three fireplaces, and fully complete. Plenty of fruit. Price $8000
