Typed on the back of the photograph is the name Geo B Brewer. Written in ink underneath the typed name reads: Geo D on the right and his brother in the middle. Written in pencil is "Geo. was husband of Grace Brewer of Appeal [sic]. WALTER WAYLAND GIRARD KANSAS is stamped at the bottom.
Geo. D. Brewer was an assistant in Circulation for the Appeal to Reason.
