Description
Black & White photograph of two bomb squadrons' personnel posed on top of and in front of Consolidated B-24 Liberator heavy bombers from the United States Eighth Army Air Force, 93rd Bomb Group. The group shown at the top is the 328th Bomb Squadron with an image of Lt. Col. J. Tate, Jr., Commander, in the top left corner and the aviation squadron insignia in the top right corner of the photo. The group shown at the bottom of the photo is the 329th Bomb Squadron. Their aviation squadron insignia is shown in the top left corner of the image and Lt. Col. G. W. Brown, Commander, is shown in the top right of the image, circa 1942.
