Description
Black & White photograph of eight Douglas A-26B Invaders flying in formation by the Ninth Army Air Force, 386th Bomb Group (Medium). The five Invaders in the bottom foreground with RG painted on their fuselages were flown by the 552nd Bomb Squadron. Identified planes from left to right are K, M, and X. The three Invaders, top right, have YA (V, X, and J) painted on their fuselages and were flown by the 555th Bomb Squadron, circa 1944.
