Abstract

"Ten Students Attend--George Sweatt has Football Future."

Report on the ten students from Allen County attending Kansas State Normal School at Emporia. George Sweatt was on the Normal foot ball squad that season. He wasn't a regular player at the time due to a rule regarding freshman playing before the first team was finished. In the game he was able to play, he was "sensational."
