Abstract
Letter from R.W.Davis to Don V. Purrington quoting "Your letter of April 22, 1950, was discussed with the Commissioners, and it is their desire that the Library Board present the Commissioners with advance copies of the report in order that they may have an opportunity to study and review the report before it is made public."
