Parks on Parks: Gordon Parks, noted photo-journalist, making his film debut as a writer-producer-director with "The Learning Tree," from his autobiographical novel, is "covered" on the Fort Scott, Kansas, location of the Warner Bros.-Seven Arts drama, by Gordon Parks, Jr., his photographer son. Kyle Johnson, Alex Clarke and Estelle Evans star in the Technicolor-Panavision film.
