Abstract

The Miss Black America Beauty Pageant took place in Ann Arbor-Ypsilanti, Michigan. Dr. Rose Wingo was the pageant sponsor and director with Herb Wingo as co-Executive Producer. Mrs. Johnnie Mae Bayliss was the committee coordinator, Mr. Roland Beanum the Master of Ceremony, and Eva Jessye was a Consultant and the Talent Coach.
