Black and white photo of Carney Hall under construction. A tall crane and building materials are in what will become the Oval. Train tracks run through the grounds. A note with the photo says "Taken from window on second floor - east side of Russ Hall. 'Carney Hall' under construction" and the back of the photo reads "note Barracks in right Background." Undated, but the building was finished in 1917.
