Abstract
Getting the word out about your scholarship is fundamental to researchers in your field being able to read it and augments the possibility of downloads and citations your work, as well as higher altmetrics scores. There are easy, no cost ways you can publicize your articles and books, including being able to deposit copies of your scholarship in our Digital Commons, where it can be seen by scholars around the world. There are also implications for tenure and promotion of faculty, because you may include data about your scholarship, such as downloads, citations, and altmetrics in your dossier. Bring a computer or smart phone to this presentation to learn how to promote your scholarship to researchers around the world in order to supplement your tenure and promotion dossier.
