Abstract
Newspaper article of the Bartlesville Examiner dated August 8, 1950 quoting "Mayor Edwin S. Dunway, speaking for the board of city commissioners gave "insubordination" as the reason for the dismissal of Miss Ruth Brown, city librarian."
