Description
Black and white postcard of Russ Hall at the State Manual Training Normal School with a list of certificates issued and courses available. It was sent to Esther Freed of Coffeyville and says: "Dear Esther, I am just sending this to let you know I am still in P. Papa wants me to come to [Values?] & come home with him. It's raining hard & I may not get to go today, but want to, if not will in the morning come home with papa Ned. El Dorado. Look for me Ned, with papa."
