Abstract
This paper traces the lineage of Hannah Blevins back five generations on both maternal and paternal sides. The paper documents the history of families that resided in the Midwest for generations and established a dominating presence over Lawrence County, Missouri and the surrounding areas. The agricultural background of the earlier generations and their determination for survival ensured the livelihood and trade for their future generations.
