Abstract
Since the work of curriculum building is a continuous process this survey has only temporary value and is an attempt to gain information concerning the present position of home economics in teacher training institutions. It is believed that the comments and information here set forth will prove or interest to home economics people especially and to others concerned with the various phases of the teacher training program, be helpful to those already in this fields of teacher training, be enlightening to those who know little about the program, and serve as an orientation aid to those who are considering a study of home economics education.
