Abstract

The purpose of this study is to compare the practices of the Home Economics Clubs in Kansas with the theory of extra-curricular activities as stated in modern textbooks by leading authorities. Such a comparison will determine how many of the principles and objectives of extra-curricular activities can be applied to such clubs, and will aid in setting up and clarifying proper objectives and theories for Home Economics Clubs.
