Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the activities of the 4-H Clubs in order to discover; first, their educational values and second, their guidance values.

One of the most discussed topics of the day is Federal Aid for agriculture. The best way to help the farmer and his family is to train them to help themselves. Experience has shown that the best way to improve rural life and farm conditions is to begin with the children of the farmer. It is because of this that the development of the 4-H Clubs has been so rapid.
