Hanover Oct 26th 1879 My dear friend Mrs F It is a real pleasure for me to address to you a letter in reply. I rec’d [received] your letter & a nice box of much bounty, last Th[u]rsday for which I respond many thanks to you. The letter is fully sunny, & glorious love. How delighted in my soul [I] would be, to visit my new & blessed friend Mrs[.] Forest at her suney [sic] home.
