Excerpt: "The problem, as dealt with in this study, is that of following up the Negro graduates in Industrial Arts from Kansas State College of Pittsburg. It was made in the interest of both the students and the College. The problem is to gather sufficient facts and opinions from the graduates relevant to determining the need for curriculum revision, improving the Industrial Education Department, services to former graduates, and helping future graduates. [...] the study is designed to collect information which will help to answer the questions that students in industrial education and the College frequently ask, such as what types of jobs are our graduates employed in, what agencies are of most aid to graduates in securing positions, what types of shop subjects are taught by K.S.C.P. graduates, how do salaries of graduates range according to their degree, areas of training not taken in college but needed, value of Industrial Arts and Education courses taken, and their suggestions for improving the Industrial Education Department of Kansas State College of Pittsburg."
