Abstract

The problem is to secure information about methods of organizing and administering the centralized elementary school library and to present this information in such a manner that it may be used to acquaint teachers, librarians, and administrators with these methods. It is hoped that these persons will thus be helped to make the library a more definite factor in a modern educational program.
